Shipping rates listed below are only estimates and will vary based on order volume and delivery location.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct and complete address is entered for delivery.

Final shipping cost will be calculated at check-out.

Canada

  • Untracked Letter Mail Shipping: $2.99 CAD
    **Letter mail shipping is available on all orders within Canada that meet letter mail regulations (approximately 4 pairs of shoelaces). By selecting letter mail shipping at checkout, you are opting for an untracked and uninsured package. If a letter mail order is not delivered we will not be able to provide a refund and any reshipments will be at the customers expense.   • FREE Tracked Shipping on orders over $75 CAD

International

  • Tracked Shipping: starting at $12 CAD
    **International customers are responsible for all import duties and fees, as levied upon delivery**

Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.

Lost/Undelivered Packages

While this is something that we would never want to happen, on the rare occasion that it does, our fulfillment team is committed to finding resolutions.

For all tracked orders that are lost/undelivered, our team will need to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. To set this up, please email [email protected] with your order number. Claims can take anywhere from 8-22 business days to be resolved depending on the shipping carrier and their resolution process.
